Looking to hire a friendly and motivated Support Worker to provide community access support for a young female participant on the Northern Beaches.
🗓 Shifts: Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 3-6 hours per shift
You will support a young female participant to get out and about in the community, engage in social activities, and build independence in a supportive and empowering way.
We are seeking someone who can relate well to young people and align with the participant’s preferences, interests and support goals. This opportunity may suit a university student or someone early in their career who is passionate about making a positive impact.
NDIS experience is welcome but not essential — the right attitude, empathy and reliability are most important!
