So this month has been a month of physical challenges for me - I participated in 2 amazing events to raise funds for cancer research
12th October saw me participate in the one and only MacArthur 24 hour fight - clocking up over 46 thousand steps approx 34 km in total in about 9 hours
Then the following week enjoying our beautiful city on foot whilst participating in the 7bridges walk completing again in excess of 46 thousand steps and 33 km in just over 6 hours
Challenging myself on both Occassions I was happy to be able to complete these events and meet my individual goals
Here’s to improving the outcomes for cancer patients
And my next challenge !
