ANNOUNCEMENT!

Form Focus Physio would like to introduce our newest member to the team. Please give a warm welcome to Gianluca!🥳

Gianluca graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Gianluca has been developing his clinical skills and knowledge through our mentorship program here at FFP!

Through his love for sports, science and wholistic health, Gianluca is drawn to helping others achieve their goals to maximise their health and wellbeing. His values extend to providing the upmost support and empathy that his patients require in order for them to feel empowered and meet their goals.

As a strong believer of “practice what you preach”, Gianluca loves a good gym session, game of tennis and is a soccer player. If it isn’t exercise, you can be sure he is running a board game night of some sort or cooking up a mean steak. 🥩

Gianluca is available for bookings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

While everyone was staying cool indoors over the weekend, the FFP team were out and about for our 2025 Christmas Party! 🎅🏽🎄🍷🥟🥢

While the Christmas period is often labelled “the most wonderful time of the year”, at Form Focus, this Christmas is also going to be a bitter sweet one as we farewell two valued members of our team.

Elisabeth, having finished her studies in Dermatology is ready to take the plunge into full time work. And Christine is ready to get a feel for what the non-clinical side of health care looks like.

Elisabeth will be sorely missed as one of our glowing faces at the front desk. Always up for a chat - I’m sure most of you have swapped stories with her while waiting for your appointment - and added so much to our team culture. Always willing to go above and beyond and did it with a smile on her face!

Christine, having been with us since August 2024, came in and immediately felt like she had been around for years. She is the reason were were able to expand our services. She is the reason our IT and tech game improved over the years and she was the one behind our social media and newsletter drops (we promise to try and keep them going).

Both added so much value to our clinic and although we are sad to see them go, we wish them all the success in the world in their new roles.

Elisabeth and Christine - personally from me, thank you so much for all you contributed to FFP, the hard work and dedication you both showed and the enjoyable place the clinic was with you in it! I really appreciate it.

This month, we celebrate Christine’s birthday! Please remember to wish her a relaxing and delicious-food-filled birthday when you see her in the clinic! 🍖🥗🥭🍰✨

Frank will also be away on Friday, 14th November.

As schedules start to look busier, and calendars fill up, don’t forget to stay consistent and diligent with your self care and rehabilitation. It’s so important to be able to feel present with your friends and family, and taking care of yourself will be one of the most helpful things you can do to help with that!

We are so excited to finally announce that Telehealth Physiotherapy will now be available at FFP! 🤩

With the end of year coming up, and lots of travel plans potentially in the books, you will still be able to keep up with your physiotherapy management with us 👩🏻‍💻

Christine has returned!

After a refreshing and adventure-packed trip to South Korea and Japan, Christine is back with tonnes of snapshots and memories. 📷 She’s prepared for all of the questions all about the places she went to and food she’d eaten! 🍗🍙

This month, there will be a few occurrences of staff leave.

Eros is away today for a family event 🥳

Mark will be away on Thursday 23rd October.

Christine will be away on Saturday 25th October for another wedding! 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻 which mean our Mat Pilates session that morning will not be running.
