The Northern Beaches came alive for the Head Above Water 24hr Swimathon earlier this month. Collaroy Rockpool was buzzing day and night - with swimmers, volunteers and supporters all playing their part.

This one’s close to home. We were founded here over 40 years ago, and staying connected to our local community remains a big part of who we are, even as we've grown into one of Australia's leading global health and wellness businesses.

We were so proud to be Gold Sponsors of this event again. Head Above Water achieve incredible things for our community in their work to strengthen mental wellbeing and resilience.

A big thank you to our team and the community for showing up at the swimathon. It’s a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when community rallies together for a good cause!

Last Friday, members of our team attended the International Womens Day Lunch hosted by Business Chicks in Sydney. We were inspired to hear from Rt. Hon. Dame Jacinda Ardern as she shared reflections on leadership, humility and the power of empathy.

This week we marked International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

Women still make up less than 30% of researchers worldwide, according to UNESCO. This lack of representation limits the diversity of perspectives needed to tackle the world’s biggest challenges.

At , we're help to narrow this gap. Women represent 60% of our workforce and more than 60% of our science teams. Their work spans R&D, regulatory, quality, innovation, field sales, vitamin training and consumer care - turning science into real world health and wellness solutions for our consumers.

Visibility matters. Seeing women lead, research and innovate broadens what the next generation believes is possible. We are so proud to offer careers in science that are not only impactful, but genuinely varied, rewarding and inspiring - showing that there are many paths for women to grow and thrive in science.

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the amazing impact our Helping Hand & Community Engagement teams have had this year!

By donating products from our health and wellness brands, we’ve been able to support local organisations helping people in our community who need it most - especially as the cost-of-living pressures continue to grow.

Thanks to these efforts, families and individuals across our communities have received practical support when it mattered most. 💛

isn't just our business at - it's our way of life and part of how we work every day.

Last week, a group of our team took part in Mental Health First Aid International training with the awesome Steven Gamble from Man Anchor/Anchor Health.

It was a really practical, down to earth day that helped us understand what signs to look for when someone might be struggling at work, how to check in and respond with the right care, and the next steps and professional services we can point people toward.

Training like this is an important part of how we develop and look after our people and make sure support is available when it’s needed.

Huge thanks to Steve for making the session so approachable and engaging!

At , we’re so proud to support organisations like One Meal - Northern Beaches, where volunteer Chris Lake - who also leads their food rescue program - shows just how much consistent, compassionate action can improve people's lives. His commitment is a reminder of the incredible ripple effect one person can have in their community.

This , Chris reminds us that positive role modelling isn’t about big gestures. It’s about empathy, showing up, and the small everyday actions that truly matter.

In December 2024, Chris was honoured with the NSW Government Community Service Award for his long-standing contribution to One Meal’s food collection and mobile outreach teams - a well-deserved recognition of his impact!

Our Warriewood team had so much fun on Friday showing their colours for !

From footy and cricket to basketball, soccer and even retro throwbacks, it was great to see everyone’s team spirit on full display.

But behind the fun jerseys was an important message: talking about the life-changing impact of organ and tissue donation.

Jersey Day is inspired by Nathan Gremmo, who at just 13 gave the gift of life to six people. One decision can truly save lives.
