Worried about scams or unsure how to protect yourself online or over the phone? Come along to our FREE Scam Awareness Session and learn how to stay safe.

📅 Friday 6th March
🕑 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Hosted by Services Australia, this informative session will cover:
✅ How to recognise common scams
✅ Ways to protect yourself
✅ What to do if you think you’ve been scammed

There will also be extra time after the session for one-on-one support with any other Services Australia related questions or issues.

Everyone is welcome — come along, learn something new, and help keep yourself and your community safe!

🌭 Community BBQ Update 🌭

Our friends at the Salvation Army are taking a short break from supporting our community BBQ.

In the meantime, The Hub at Lexo team and Kirketon Road Centre staff will be stepping in to keep this great community catch-up going!

✅ Sausage sizzle is back on today and every fortnight
🕜 1:30pm – 3:30pm

While fresh coffee won’t be available (we’re missing the coffee machine!), there will still be a delicious sausage sizzle and light refreshments provided.

We hope to see you there for good food and great company!

Playgroup is back at The Hub at Lexo! 🎉

Starting today, Botany Family and Children's Centre will be running their FREE supported playgroup every Thursday during school term for families with children aged 0–5 years.

🕙 10:00am – 12:00pm
📍 The Hub@Lexo

Please note: The Hub will be closed for other supports during this time so we can provide a safe, welcoming space for playgroup families.

Come along, connect with other families, and enjoy a fun and supported morning together!

Unfortunately, the Salvation Army will be unable to run their community BBQ at The Hub at Lexo for the near future.

We know how much this event means to our community and our team is currently exploring alternative options so we can continue providing a welcoming social space for everyone.

After a successful first round before Christmas Milk Crate Theatre are back at The Hub at Lexo from today to kick start phase 2 of their storytelling project “Reclaiming Narratives”
