One of the biggest questions we often get from those learning the schema therapy model.. What does a whole session look like?
Chris Hayes and I have just published 12 full schema therapy sessions packaged as 14-hours of CPD - demonstrating key interventions (e.g. chairwork, Imagery Rescripting) in the context of whole sessions (with paid actor/ clients). We even have 1 zoom example schema session.
You can check them out here:

Just a quick heads-up: our Schema Therapy courses close in 24 hours.

Every time we run an intake, I’m genuinely excited about the therapists who jump in — especially those who’ve been wanting to deepen their skills but just needed that final nudge.

If that’s you, here it is 😄
You can still join us here: courses.schematherapytrainingonline.com/courses

Hope to see you inside,
Rob

P.S. For those who might be interested in our brand-new Inside the Room Schema Therapy Sessions Series, we’ve just uploaded Session 12 — a full telehealth session of Rob Brockman with pseudo-vulnerable Jenny, focusing on chairwork with the punitive critic delivered via telehealth.

Our community is growing guys, we now have over 200+ members. This will be a great resource for all of us, to support each other in learning and applying the model. So a question for you all!

What is one ST related topic or clinical challenge you would like to explore next?

Chris and I will draw from this thread going forward to create resources and content that we can share with everyone.

Please post here!!

Q+A Reminder - Our next Live Q+A drop in will be for Thursday 4th December 1pm Perth/Singapore/Hong Kong, 4pm Sydney/ AEDST. Please log in to the platform to access the Zoom Link under "Ongoing Q+A ACCESS".

Session 12 - "Inside the Room'' will be released December 1st!! - You will receive another alert but just letting you know that we have recorded 'Session 12'. A session with myself (Rob) as therapist with Pseudo-vulnerable Jenny'. This is a 1-hour Zoom Session.. working with her punitive critic mode. Best Wishes
