Ta***ic Hatha is the art and science of managing your energy to realign with your true path.

In this 2hr workshop we will explore Sun practices, a branch of Ta***ic Hatha that cultivates vitality, clarity and forward movement. Learning to work with the Sun is about developing a deeper relationship with the life force that sustains us: prana.

Sun practices can be especially supportive if you are feeling stagnant, low in energy, or ready to bring more positivity, strength and momentum into your life.

In this session you will:

• Learn key differences between traditional Ta***ic Hatha and modern yoga styles

• Explore the role of ritual, breath and energy in traditional practice

• Experience a guided Sun practice designed to help you feel and work with prana

HUM x Clean Up Australia

I pinch myself daily that we can do a Yoga class, then stroll down the road for a dip in the ocean! We are so lucky to live where we do, with such access to nature.

On Sunday March 1st, HUM is taking part in Clean Up Australia Day, and showing our love for Dee Why Beach.

From 10am, we will be doing a beach clean on the North end of Dee Why Beach and lagoon.

Gloves and bags supplied, but any additional supplies are welcome.

And bring a reusable cup for a warm drink together after.

All are welcome! Bring friends, family, neighbours, that person sitting next to you on the bus. Every extra set of hands helps!

Welcoming the Year of the Horse

Today marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year and the arrival of the Year of the Horse.

In Chinese symbolism, the Horse represents strength, courage, and momentum.

As we say goodbye to the shedding and quiet transformation of the past cycle, we honour all that has fallen away; the stories, patterns, and weight that no longer serve us.

In this letting go, space is created.

Space to move forward with clarity.
Space to listen more deeply to the heart.
Space to step into a new direction with courage and trust.

The Year of the Horse invites motion, devotion, and purposeful action.

It may reveal a new side of yourself.
It may ask you to meet challenge with steadiness.
Whatever unfolds, this year carries the energy of deep transformation.

So pause for a moment and ask yourself:

We’re just over halfway through our 40-Day Sadhana, practicing in rhythm with the Moon. 🌙

Every 10 days, we receive new educational videos to deepen our connection to lunar qualities, deep, calm, stable and intuitive, while daily Hatha practice helps integrate this relationship into our being.

In Traditional Ta***ic Hatha, a Sadhana is observed for 40 consecutive days, long enough to create self-sustaining neurological patterns. The ancient yogis taught that 40 days allows the practice to become fully embodied.

A committed daily practice builds discipline and cultivates a reservoir of resilience. We learn to trust our word and ensure the practice is completed.

Keeping one promise to ourselves, again and again, is how self-belief is transformed, reminding us that we can.

Deep Presence : A Valentines Day Connection Workshop

How often do you allow time to be fully present with your partner? No distractions, nothing asked of you, simply exploring through play and connection exercises.

This couples experience is an opportunity for you and your partner to enjoy dedicated space and time.

You will be led through a variety of connection activities, finally taking it in turns to give and receive a floor-based massage.

You will be guided through every step of the way, no experience required.
