We are more than half way through Mojo’s Return to Run Club! This isn’t a typical Run Club, this is a get back to running, back to the rhythm, relearning to skill and finding your mojo… kinda club 😉
Capped at 10 people, each participant has overcome or currently managing significant injury, and/or has been out of the running game for 10+ years.
Chronic plantar fascia tears, meniscus tears, quad tendon rupture, post surgery, back pain and post-partum a few of life’s curve-balls our super runners are returning from.
Our goal? Get these wonderful people back into running to then feel confident to keep going!
Our dear friends at do a FANTASTIC run club (very social, extremely fun and results driven) - maybe we will see some of our return to runners graduating into that program?!
