TRANSPERSONAL ART THERAPIST & COUNSELLOR
I'm qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist and Counsellor. I help people reclaim joy through creativity. I offer one-to-one online tranpsersonal art therapy and counselling sessions to adults.

This is a gentle, creative space for self-discovery and healing. Art therapy utilises a mix of art making and counselling to explore the deeper layers of your inner world—beyond words and surface stories. You don’t need any art experience, just a willingness to be curious.

Transpersonal art therapy supports you to reconnect with lost parts of yourself, make meaning from your experiences, and feel more grounded, whole, and aligned. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply craving something more, these sessions offer a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s calling you—at your own pace.

If you are curious about working together please get in touch to book a free 15 mins discovery call where we can see if we are good fit.

It’s been amazing seeing the daily draws. I know it’s not that easy to find the time in the day but it can be so valuable, even on the days that feel a bit 💩

It wouldn't be a challenge without the peaks and valleys. A lot happens on 30 days and making art everyday tends to make you notice more. So well done to all of you embracing all that's swept your way.

Next year I'm planning to offer some variations on the challenge; including 7 & 14 day versions to help people take smaller and more manageable steps towards to big ol' 30day challenge.

More memories of the Mirroring Project...

Over a two week period I conducted 30 sessions of 30 minutes Bilateral Drawing Mirroring sessions via zoom with people from across the globe. I invited each participant to engage in continuous bilateral drawing for 20 minutes, I would mirroring their movements and mark making in response, trying to catch their flow. At the end of the session I asked a series of questions about their felt experience.

The premise of the project was to exploring the felt experience of having another person mirror movements and also noticing how emotions and energy shifts by engaging with bilateral drawing.

The videos, words and images in this body of work have been taken from these sessions as way of consolidating the findings of exploration as they were made during this time in October 2021. After this project I went on to explore group Bilateral Drawing Mirroring sessions to explore how dynamics change when we attempt share space, take on each other ideas and energy together.

This is the video I made to stitch together some findings of what was emerging. Thank you, thank you to those who participated.

Here's a big fish I caught.

Nah, here's me working my way through the and it's day 18.

My little muse (my cat) has been very influential and involved this year, sometimes even making small contributions.

I'm enjoying the challenge on a deeper level this year. This is the gift that repetition provides; once you've sweep out all cob webs of the mind. You know; thoughts that are sticky or sharp; judgements, critismism, focus on outcomes. Evaluating rather than experiencing and witnessing. There is a bigger picture of what could be possible when you create a daily ritual of creativity; but sometimes there is stuff in the way. That's normal. Why wouldn't it be?

We are all working with unique challenges and there is no better place to be than where you're at -- but knowing where you are is the very important thing is we want shift and movefrom where we are.

Of course, my fav part of the challenge is seeing what others are creating. We've got the same prompts but we create so differently. It's amazing. It's like getting to see pages from story books and I want to dive into each image and see what happens next.

Thank you to everyone participanting for your efforts, enthusiasm and grit. It's wonderful being connected through the lines.
