More than comparison, measurements, roles, possessions.

Body is vehicle, aging is a gift.

Earthy bodies shuffle by,
feet scuffling
eyes catch the words
heart responds, meaning made.

A moment of re-membering.

Perhaps the messages are really for the bodies in the sky? Mantras chanted by the moon, sun and stars. Like a chorus of crickets at dusk.

Say it once, it means nothing.
Say it a thousand times it become concrete; a password to a door that's been locked.

There’s messages waiting for you in mundane places.

As we move into 2026, I'm updating important information and disclaimers about social media boundaries for this page. Boundaries are really for the person who sets them, but it doesn't hurt for others to have clarity so they know what they can expect.

This page is a space where I share my work as a transpersonal art therapist, counsellor, and artist. It's not a therapeutic relationship, and it's not a place for personal processing or crisis support.

Professional and therapeutic inquiries go through my website or email—social media doesn't provide the confidentiality or safety that work requires.

Intellectual property: my creative processes and workshop structures are my work.
Use them for your personal practice, but don't replicate or teach them in paid offerings without permission. If my work has influenced yours, credit properly.

Artists, particularly women, are often expected to provide emotional and creative labor for free. Before reaching out, ask yourself: Can I do this myself? Should I book a paid session? Am I using this connection to avoid my own work?
