Today we reflect on the importance of mental health - for ourselves and our communities.

Remembering mental health is just as important as our physical health.

This year Australia’s theme is “Connect with your community” - because connection, support, and belonging are the foundations of our wellbeing.

Mental Health awareness breaks stigma, opens up conversations, and helps people get the support they need - especially in times of crisis.
