I know the feeling.

I know you've had enough.

It will never be worth it.

Even when people have pushed themselves to achieve a huge goal they deeply desire, often speak to how they "wish they had more balance".

Your health should always, be your #1 priority.

This doesn't mean you don't show up and put effort into your job or business. There may be times that you need to be :ON" for a short period.

It's an issue when you keep pushing and its been months and then years.

It's about noticing when you are slipping too far into the zone that leads down a path of exhaustion.

Noticing that you can't seem to slow down anymore...

Notice the signs and tell yourself what you would tell someone else who is doing what you are.

You deserve the same kindness.

Not feeling Good Enough is often a deep core wound that we filter life through.

It infiltrates our decisions and our actions.

We can hold ourselves back or push ourselves too far.

Always seeking reprieve from this feeling or trying to desperately prove ourselves and our worth.

When you can't disconnect during the week, make time for it on the weekend.

Make weekends about you.

Don't allow future worry to take over. You will end up TRYING to distract your way out of it, and before you know it, the week is upon you, bringing a fresh set of worry, on top of the old worry.

Weekends are for joy and to let you reset.

Use the time to come back to yourself.

There will always be something to worry about, but.. worrying doesn't fix problems.

A clear mind and grounded self does.

Even then, 95% of the things we worry about won't ever come true. 😉

We have all found ourselves spiralling in our thoughts.

Catastrophizing the smallest incident.

Feeling yourself suddenly doubting and questioning those around you, your decisions, and even yourself.

How do we overcome this? How do we take control of our minds?

On a conscious level, we can practice observing and being curious about our thoughts. Catch ourselves mid spiral.

Stop and question how real these thoughts are.

Notice how you react. How you feel and where in your body you feel this.

You see, the feeling reinforces the thought and thought reinforces the feeling.

So the cycle continues.

Stop and change what you're doing, break the cycle, and observe.

It takes practice, but if you keep trying, you might be surprised by what you observe.

Our mind likes to think up all the negative scenarios and possible negative outcomes to "prepare" you for things to go wrong in order to keep you safe.

That doesn't mean it makes you happy and that doesn't mean your thoughts are telling you the truth.

We want to take back control of our mind and question how we are thinking and feeling.

We have all had this experience. Feeling "wired and tired" 🥴

How often do you feel like this?

Occasionally? Or...ALL THE TIME?

Occasionally is normal. Your nervous system hasn't caught up and settled yet, but.. when you feel like this all the time.. we want to look at this.

This isn't a natural state, and it puts an immense amount of pressure on our body.

Hi 🖐

My name is Cassandra (you can also call me Cassie or Cass).

I have spent 20+ years in corporate. I have experienced stress, overwhelm, redundancies, horrible bosses, bullying, and burnout. Alongside all the wonderful things corporate life can offer you.

After nearing burnout in 2020, I realised I needed to make some big changes in my life. I needed a break, and I needed a new purpose. At the time, I was stuck in survival mode and lost who I was.

I retrained whilst healing myself so I could offer the same support to others who, like me, lost ourselves in the pressure and people pleasing and not feeling good enough.

I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist and have trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Root Cause Therapy, Reiki, Energy Medicine, Manifestation Coaching, and I am Trauma Informed.

I offer Hypnotherapy or Energy Medicine sessions that help you uncover why you have found yourself in the situation you have. Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and burning out.

I then help you find your way back to calm and balance with a new perspective and understanding of why you respond how you do and how to manage stress in a healthier, more manageable way.

Taking the time to explore and learn about yourself is the most rewarding gift you can give to yourself.
