Great week at Stanford for camp to support some of our Aussie athletes going through the US college system. Thanks to and for the collaboration through the week and for logistics. Got some great work done with fabulous people! _

Scapular control is important for the golf swing to provide a stable base for the arms to work off and support correct arm structure, but it can be very hard to train and for players to feel. .cpbell doing a great job gaining a feel for it on the ground using compression through his arm to increase awareness, then incorporating that feel into a more specific golf drill. _

Great session at the working on hip depth in backswing. Band drill to get the feel for muscle activation and how to use the ground to produce movement. Balance drill on the rollers to keep it from going too far the other way. Gotta love golf!! _

Amazing 2 weeks in Singapore supporting teams at world amateur teams championships. Even better that I got to share the time with my favourite partner in crime ! Very grateful for the opportunities my job gives me, the fabulous people I get to work with, the places I travel to and the experiences I get to enjoy. _
