Reflecting on the INTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK workshop from last Saturday with this beautiful group 🤍🤍

It’s not very often we get to enjoy a space without phones, distractions and social media, and truly sit in the presence of other people.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to hold space for this group, new friends and old friends coming together to create a really magical energy 🙏

A special shout out and thank you also to my partner .e.s for his support during the session, helping to hold space and guide the group through their breathwork practice. Having such a strong and compassionate masculine energy to hold the room is truly special 🤍

As with any dynamic session, the after effects are still sinking in. My greatest learning from the day is that we don’t need to share experiences or understand what someone has gone through to feel compassion for them. We can empathise through our own experience of different feelings, whether it be anger, grief, love or peace. They are all part of the roller coaster of being human. I’m here for all of it, and on the weekend I had the pleasure of witnessing the group explore their own emotions with courage and curiosity, while having compassion for the experiences of those around them.

There’s nothing quite like this work ✨✨

Thank you to our beautiful meditation students last night, and thank you to Shweta for hosting us at .yoga 🤍

Last night’s class was a slow breathwork session followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra and my favourite green heart chakra sound bowl provided by .yoga !

There’s nothing quite like being in a safe and supportive space with a room of people who care about their wellbeing.

This work gives me life and energy, and I am so grateful and honoured to be able to do this work.

Looking forward to a year of more yoga, meditation and breathwork - with some women circles and collaborative events to come 🤍
