Eighty percent of autoimmune diseases occur in women.
Thatโ€™s not coincidence, itโ€™s communication.

Our bodies turn against themselves when weโ€™ve been taught that boundaries are selfish, that care means over-giving, that our true experience is "too messy" to hold, when we don't know how to listen to our bodies.

For generations, women have been praised for silence, for saying yes when the body actually feels no.

But the body keeps score.
It remembers every moment we abandon ourselves, even if we don't.

When needs are suppressed, they surface as symptoms.
When emotions are ignored, they return as dis-ease.

Your body isnโ€™t betraying you, itโ€™s begging you to listen.
Boundaries arenโ€™t rejection. They are medicine.
They are your way back to health and balance.

โœจ Join the Iโ€™M EVE movement and learn how to honour your bodyโ€™s truth ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://shorturl.at/RS8lu

Because your NO is holy.
Iโ€™m Eve. And so are you. ๐ŸŒน

For generations, we were taught that other women arenโ€™t safe.
That they are competition.
That trust is dangerous.

This distortion runs deep, passed down by mothers who believed survival meant comparison, judgment, and competition.
But the truth of the feminine code is that sisterhood is medicine.

In spaces of safety, shame dissolves.
In spaces of honesty, we heal faster.

A safe woman is one who stays.
Who holds the room when it gets real.
Who reminds you that your tears are sacred and your truth is welcome.

When women choose connection over competition and collaboration over comparison, we rise together.

Come join the I'M EVE Sisterhood, a space for truth, healing, and belonging.
Because women are medicine.

We call it resilience.
But most women are running on fumes, anxious, burnt out, quietly breaking while performing โ€œIโ€™m fine.โ€

The data speaks loudly:
Women are twice as likely to experience anxiety and depression as men.
Burnout rates are 40% higher.
Autoimmune diseases? Eighty percent are women.

Our bodies are telling the truth that culture refuses to hear.
Because we were taught that womanhood means self-abandonment,
to overgive, overachieve, over-function, and never rest.

But embodied resilience is not about pushing through.
Itโ€™s the wisdom to stop.
To listen.
To trust that your exhaustion is not failure, itโ€™s a sacred alarm calling you back to yourself.

Will you listen, sister?

For generations, women have been told to mistrust their desires, to silence what they want in the name of duty, logic, or approval.

But what if your desires are not distractions?
What if theyโ€™re divine instructions, a built-in compass guiding you toward purpose, power, and fulfilment?

True desire isnโ€™t about indulgence. Itโ€™s about alignment.
Itโ€™s the moment your inner truth whispers, โ€œthis feels goodโ€ or โ€œThatโ€™s what I wantโ€
And when you follow that whisper, your purpose stops being something you chase, it becomes something you live.

Follow us and Join the next Iโ€™M EVE Community Call, where weโ€™ll explore concepts such as this, and the art of trusting the call of your own body. ๐ŸŒน https://shorturl.at/RS8lu

For generations, women have been told to silence their appetite- not want too much, not feel too deeply, or need too openly.

But that hunger, sister, is holy.
Itโ€™s not selfish or needy, itโ€™s sacred.
Itโ€™s your soul remembering what it came here to experience: truth, pleasure, creation, aliveness.

When we deny our very own hunger, we suppress our life force. When we honour it, we step into devotion & creation. True desire becomes our compass, guiding us home to the embodiment of purpose.

Join us in the Iโ€™M EVE community, where women are reclaiming their holy hunger and remembering that desire is not dangerous, itโ€™s divine.

Transitions are part of our cyclical nature. With growth often comes friction, old relationships shift, structures no longer fit, and the body holds the stress of dis-ease.

But your heart remembers. It remembers sisterhood. The safety of being witnessed, the strength of leaning into community, and the truth that we were never meant to move through change alone. ๐ŸŒน

I was 30 when my mother died of liver cancer.
She was 55 โ€” so young.

We travelled to Paris searching for healing. What was meant to be one operation became two months between life and death.
And there I was, walking the poetic streets of Paris, grieving the unlived life of my mother while feeling, paradoxically, more alive than ever.

A confronting question surfaced:
Am I repeating her story? Eveโ€™s story? mistrusting myself and living only for others?
Who am I beyond my roles?

My mother left Paris in a coffin.
And with her passing came a truth that changed everything, living as the good girl, defined by the roles I play, is a slow death.

That day I made a vow:
I will not die with my light still locked inside me. โœจ

๐ŸŒน This is the essence of Iโ€™M EVE - the reclamation of the self beyond the roles we learned to play.

I was six when I first heard the story of Adam and Eve.
Eve, made from his body to serve him.
Eve, who ate from the tree of knowledge "ruined" everything.
Because she trusted herself. Because she wanted more.

I remember my 6-year-old self thinking, โ€œHow irresponsible of her.โ€ Ashamed of Eveโ€™s failure to be a compliant woman, something I had already mastered...

The punishment was clear and devastating: death, pain, exile, guilt, shame.

That story imprinted my nervous system before I even knew what womanhood was.

Donโ€™t want too much. Donโ€™t ask for more. Donโ€™t trust yourself or all the s**t of humanity is gonna be on you.

And so I learned that being a woman means being helpful.
Pleasing
Obeying
God forbid wanting.
Like the women before me.

But what if that story was never about "the original sin", but about controlling our wants, our knowledge of ourselves?
What if it was a warning letter to prevent awakening to our true hunger?

Join our next Iโ€™M EVE monthly Community Call on October 28th 6:30-8pm AEST, where we gather to reclaim the truth beneath the fear.

Together, we return to the garden not to apologise, but to reclaim our holy hunger:

Most of us are taught how to give, perform, and meet the needs of others, yet rarely how to invest in the relationship with ourselves.

Am I nourishing myself, or outsourcing my worth to be validated from the outside?
Am I waiting for love to arrive, instead of beginning a love affair with myself?

When we turn inward with tenderness, we find that rest, pleasure, and truth are not luxuries but the very foundation of feminine leadership.

This is the work we are unlocking inside ๐—œโ€™๐—  ๐—˜๐—ฉ๐—˜.

What if your emotions were not something to manage, but energy to move?

What if your sadness, rage, or fear were guides, each one holding the map to your next becoming?

This is the practice of ๐™๐™ž๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™Š๐™ช๐™ง ๐˜ฟ๐™ง๐™–๐™œ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™จ.
It is the feminine art of meeting raw emotion as transformative energy.

Not pushing it down. Not analysing it. But riding it, allowing the fire, the tears, the pulse to move through you and reveal what is ready to evolve.

When we ride our dragons with presence, emotion becomes alchemy.
The chaos becomes clarity.
The storm becomes power.

And what once felt like destruction becomes the very energy that brings you back to your truth.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Join us in our Iโ€™M EVE monthly WhatsApp community call.
Together, we are remembering how to ride our dragons, and rise through transformation.

For years, I wore the good girl mask.
Polished. Controlled. Perfect on paper.

I told myself if I achieved enough, cared enough, looked โ€œput togetherโ€ enoughโ€ฆ then Iโ€™d finally earn the right to be loved. To be seen. To be me.

But beneath the curated version of my life was a deep ache.
Shame hiding behind my smile.

A woman disappearing between the roles of mother, wife, professional, friend.

No one told me that ticking every box could still leave you feeling empty.
Because the good girl mask doesnโ€™t free us, it keeps us performing.

The turning point was quiet. A whisper that said, This isnโ€™t who I came here to be. And from that whisper, I began the slow, focused work of taking the mask off.

This is the invitation.
To pause.
To ask: who am I beneath the performance?
And to remember that you were never meant to earn your worth, or question it.

Bring your feminine essence back to full fire! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
