Brain Gym Week 1 is off to a great start! 🧠

This week we kicked things off with some energising cardio, followed by Lumosity brain training to get those minds working. After a relaxing morning tea, we got creative and built colourful rainbow bridges using popsicle sticks we decorated 🌈✨

We can’t wait to do it all again next week! Join us every Thursday at Ability Choice Care! everyone is welcome 😊

What a fantastic day at the fish market with our amazing participants! 🐟✨ From enjoying delicious seafood to exploring the stalls, trying new experiences, and picking up souvenirs, there was something for everyone to love.

The smiles said it all! We can’t wait to see you all again at our next outing! 💙

We kicked things off with a delicious cooking class!sticky maple lemon chicken, creamy mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli 🥦🥔 YUM!

Our participants absolutely loved getting hands-on in the kitchen and enjoying the flavours they created together. 💛

Easter markets with Gheel & Gen!! ⭐️💛

- our lovely participants enjoyed their Easter weekend at the Easter markets. Accompanied by support workers, Gheel and Gen faced fears, tried new activities and gave everything a go.

A few more beautiful moments from our participant get-together .. what an incredible day it was!

ACC is so incredibly proud of our participants. The effort, creativity, and teamwork on display truly made the day special. From crafting stunning Easter table centrepieces to helping build a vibrant balloon arch, everyone played a part in bringing the celebration to life.

We feel so lucky to be part of such a supportive and inspiring community.
