A Proud Milestone for Ability Choice Care.

Last Friday, Ability Choice Care was proud to launch our very first cookbook, Cooking with Heart, a title chosen by our participants.

This special cookbook celebrates two years of cooking, growth and connection at our Activity Centre. It reflects the dedication, hard work and passion participants have shown as they learned new recipes, developed practical skills, built confidence and achieved personal growth together.

To mark this special occasion, the Honourable Mr Stephen Bali presented the cookbooks to the participants involved in this amazing initiative. At his request, participants also signed a copy of the cookbook, which was proudly presented to Mr Bali as a meaningful keepsake of the day.

We were also incredibly proud to hear from two participants who stood up and shared their own perspectives on the cookbook, speaking with confidence and pride about the achievements of everyone involved.

A truly inspiring celebration of teamwork, perseverance and cooking with heart.

Yesterday, the Participants had the chance to visit one of their favourite places, Calmsley Hill City Farm. This outing was chosen at our last Participant Get-Together, and the feedback has been fantastic.
Participants enjoyed feeding the animals, watching the sheep being shorn, and seeing the wide variety of animals around the farm. Here are some of the photos captured by our participants.
