What an amazing day at our NDIS Workshop! 💜📝
Our participants did an incredible job learning how to confidently navigate their NDIS portals 🌟 From logging in, to finding their plans, checking budgets and understanding their supports - everyone walked away with new skills and more confidence 💜🙌
It was so great to see everyone supporting each other in a relaxed and welcoming space

Week 9 at Brain Gym 🧠

Another great session with Ability Choice Care! Today we got creative making balloon string bunny hatches, and everyone did a fantastic job. We also challenged ourselves with some velocity brain training, building focus and having a few laughs along the way.

We started the morning with boxing with Nomad, bringing lots of energy to kick things off, followed by a relaxing morning tea together.

Always such a positive and supportive group—looking forward to seeing everyone again next week 🙂

Week 7 at Brain Gym 💪🧠

We had an amazing session filled with dance cardio exercises, a great morning tea discussion, and some fun arts and crafts 🎨

The highlight of the day? A surprise visit from Bianca and her therapy dogs 🐶💛—such a special moment for everyone!

After a long process and many hours of dedication, our new website is finally live. A lot of time, effort and care has gone into creating a space that is accessible for everyone and easy to navigate.

Brain Gym – Week 6 at Ability Choice Care Activity Centre 🧠🎨🌟

We had a great Brain Gym session this week at Ability Choice Care Activity Centre.

The day started with some fun dance exercises to get everyone moving, followed by a relaxing morning tea. During art time, participants enjoyed painting ceramic trays and getting creative. We finished the session with a trivia game that brought lots of smiles and friendly competition.🌟💛

Lee Vs Mando .. bowling challenge accepted! 🎳

Today Lee hit the lanes for one of his favourite community activities! It wasn’t just about strikes and spares but about having fun building confidence and enjoying time in the community.

Moments like these are what it’s all about - laughter friendly competition and meaningful experiences.
