Community Access & Skill Development – Cooking (Indoor & Outdoor)

At Adaptive Choice, we believe every meal made is a moment of growth. Through our Cooking Program, participants learn valuable life skills, build confidence, and connect with others — all in a fun, inclusive environment.

Community Access & Participation Development Through Fishing

At Adaptive Choice, our Fishing Program is designed to build skills, confidence, and community connection — all while enjoying the outdoors. 🌞

Each session gives participants the chance to learn by doing, with hands-on guidance from supportive staff.

🎣 Understanding different fishing lines, hooks, and sinkers/weights
🪱 Learning about various bait types — live bait, soft plastics, and lures
🎯 Mastering casting and reeling techniques

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide personalised support to clients across the M4 region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance and community access support
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Travel within the M4 corridor to support multiple clients

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
