The use of M**A for PTSD and Psilocybin for Treatment Resistant Depression has been legal in Australia for a few years. Psychedelic assisted therapy provides new ways of working when traditional treatments have not been sufficient.
The DVA and Medibank have announced new guidelines supporting this treatment improving access for their members.

The desire to silence the voice makes sense but working with the inner critic, understanding thepositive intention approaching it with curiosity and compassion is a more helpful path to lasting change.
