Dear our patients,

To assist with our patients to remember "all your reasons of visits" to your doctor, we now have engaged with "BetterConsult" team who will organise to send SMS to our patients prior to your appointment time to your GP Specialists.

Some of our doctors will start using their service earlier than the other doctor.

Please kindly answer your reason/s for visits prior to your appointment to help your doctor and help yourself.

"BetterConsult" is a well-known reputable medical organisation and works under strict privacy act. Every information with "BetterConsult" will be kept strictly private and confidential. "BetterConsult" will also destroy all your messages within 72 hours in their system and left the information only with our patients and our doctors.

Our patients can opt in/out at any times to use their service or not. If you would like to opt out their service, please let our friendly admin team know.

We are so excited to announce that Consultant "Geriatrician and General Physician", Dr Payal Goel, has joined Doonside Medical Centre.

Payal Goel is an Australian-based health professional. She is dual trained in Geriatric and General Medicine. She has a wide experience in managing various complex acute and chronic medical and geriatric conditions.
Her Special Interests are : memory assessments, dementia, management of falls and frailty, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease, pain, polypharmacy and chronic heart and lung conditions.
She also conducts comprehensive geriatric assessments and wellness checks for persons over 65 years of age.
Dr Goel speaks fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi.

We are pleased to welcome Ms Ninwe Esho to the team at Doonside Medical Centre. Ms Esho is a well-experienced psychologist, for adult, adolescents and young children. Her experiences range across the life span and across various clinical populations (such as Neurodivergence, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Conduct Disorders, ADD, ADHD, Personality Disorders, and Intellectual Disability), as well as non-clinical presentations (such as relationship and family dysfunction, and work distress).
