Hi All, We have decided to make our classes online during this period.
I am running a $15 Introductory Class to Calligraphy Yoga. It's suitable for all ages, and is the Sister aspect to the Yang Mian Martial Arts system.
It focuses on internal energy systems strength and repair, and is especially good to take part in when you're not moving around very much like when you're stuck at home.

We run our classes on the following Schedules:
Monday: 9-10am, 12-12:30pm
Wednesday: 9-10am, 12-12:30pm
Friday: 9-10am, 12-12:30pm
