Through HEARTS, I’ve come to see that
each person has a unique life story💚
like a tapestry.🌿

The therapist is just one small thread within it.
We walk beside the client on their soul journey.
Even one moment of soulful support is deeply meaningful.💚🫶💚

Anne and Peter hosted the Global HEARTS Event on Zoom on 6th February 2026,
with around 70 participants joining from around the world 🌏

The event was held to share HEARTS case studies and to honour Jonathan, who brought HEARTS to many countries.

Cases were shared from Brazil, Ireland, Czechoslovakia, and Japan.
I was honoured to present my case study,
“HEARTS in Cancer Care: A Holistic Journey for Body, Mind and Soul.”

I’m truly grateful to have learned HEARTS and to have listened to the loving presentations of fellow practitioners from around the world 🌏💚🌈

Recent shark attacks at the Northern Beaches reminded us how powerful and sometimes frightening nature and wildlife can be.
They invite us to reflect on what it truly means to coexist with the Earth and wildlife.

This morning, I drew a card that said:
“Remember how deeply and unconditionally you are loved.”

Even in moments of fear, this feels like a gentle reminder from the universe 🌏💜✨
we are connected, and we are deeply loved.

Love exists in nature, in sound, in vibration,
and in the quiet connection of the heart.
