2025 changed me.

As every year should.

2025 stretched me both personally and professionally. I grieved the loss of my best friend, Marley Moo. Navigated family struggles. Faced old traumas. Battled to break my negative habits and continued the ongoing work of managing my mental health and healing.

Yet, there was also so much light. Traveling to Indo with my best friend. Welcoming a new niece and nephew. Meeting people who reminded me who I am. Giving a home to my new best friend Sugar. And seeing persistence turn into my first profitable year with The Better Yew Foundation.

I appreciate every moment, especially the uncomfortable ones, because they showed me what needed to change and shaped me into a more confident and grounded version of myself.

2025 was about letting go and shedding old patterns. In 2026 I’m building a future for myself that’s deeply aligned with my values. I feel that shift
and I’m ready to move forward bravely, intentionally, and fully. And I wish the same for you too.

Thank you to my family and friends for supporting me on this journey. I’m eternally grateful for you all ❤️

Feeling stuck? It might be because you’re still repeating old habits that once were helpful but are now holding you back from your growth.

I’ve done it, I still do it sometimes (yes I need this lesson just as much as you).

The first step is awareness, the second is action. Small consistent changes in our behaviour can develop long term rewiring in our brains to get us closer to our new goals and values.

I’ve done it, I still do sometimes.

But the first step is awareness and then action. Change won’t happen overnight but, overtime, small consistent changes can rewire our brains to align better with our growth selves.
