Thank you for joining the Forest Bathing Walk today, even in the rain 🌧️💙

The forest was filled with the sound of raindrops, gently tapping on leaves and creating a soft, soothing music.

We embraced the quietness — listening to the rain, moving slowly and walking in a lush green space.

We noticed a subtle shift in our awareness as we entered the forest and again as we left it.

And we felt deeply grateful for the rain ☔

森は優しい雨の音で埋め尽くされて
木達はゆっくりとこの音楽を
楽しんでいるようでした。

Forest Bathing gently supports older adults by calming the nervous system, lifting mood, and reducing feelings of loneliness and anxiety. Through slow, mindful activities in nature, participants can stimulate the senses, support cognitive function, and enhance overall wellbeing, contributing to a better quality of life.
