You’re going to love this little hack (save this post or share it with a busy friend!).

This is my go-to minimal prep, one-pan meal that’s healthy, family-friendly, and actually delicious. 🙌

If I can whip it up in my camp kitchen, you can definitely do it at home! 🏕️✨

Here’s all you need:
●Chicken (breast, thighs or mince made into meatballs)
●Simply Wholesome Creamy One Pot Meal Base (clean ingredients ✅)
●Onion + garlic + parmesan
●Stock
●Veggies of your choice
●Carb of choice - pasta, cous cous or rice

That’s it—creamy, nourishing, and a total crowd-pleaser.

After a day that started out with no idea what to have for dinner to finding enough p**i's for a meal or two this p**i pasta was delicious 😋

A very simple garlic, white wine, lemon, parsley & tomato pasta. YUM!! and the boys asked for more & more until it was all gone. 🙌

Last night's nearly empty fridge provided leftover chicken, broccoli, pesto & Greek yoghurt so it just had to be a Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta.

Sprinkled with some sun dried tomatoes and it was YUM!!

It got the thumbs up from 3 out 4 family members.

Mr Fussy turned his nose up (as anticipated 🙃) but at least he gave it a try.
