- exercises to improve your walking and balance
- strength exercises to do more around the home
- fitness exercises so you're not so puffed out all the time!

It started with grandma

Hey, I'm Victor! Founder of Exercise Habits Health Service (Exercise Physiologist).

Have you asked yourself what it means to be healthy in retirement?

For grandma, it was to:
- live independently
- cook for herself
- provide her self-care needs, by herself

And that's exactly what we worked on.

In a short span of 6 months we improved how confident she felt on her feet.
She was actually able to reach the for the top shelf! And was happily living at home.

But accidents do happen.

I told myself this.

What if we worked together sooner? For longer?
What if we improved her strength and fitness... sooner?

This is why Exercise Habits exists.

It's to help you improve your health for these golden years of your life.
