We’re not making small changes. We’re changing how care is delivered, with the goal of inspiring change across the sector.

40+ House Leads. Permanent teams. Every home.

For too long, the sector has relied on a predominantly casual workforce. We’re shifting that by investing in committed, consistent teams across all of our SILs in Australia.

Administrative roles are few and far between in the sector, but we see them as a critical investment, one that strengthens accountability, lifts the quality of care, and leads to better outcomes and stronger support for participants.

We’re seeing firsthand how gaps in support, misalignment between providers, and unclear processes can impact participant outcomes.

That’s why we’re investing heavily in Specialist Support Coordination, with a full team of specialist support coordinators with full availability.
