‘The third hand’ is a term in art therapy which speaks of the need, at times, to have an art therapist ‘be your hands’….when you cannot use them sufficiently to create your own artwork. You tell us what to draw/paint/make and we are guided by your instructions…so together we create…it can be quite a powerful process indeed:)

So pleased we had the opportunity to be at festival with such an amazing Melbourne team! Big shout out to
who really made the whole experience come alive! We had such a great response and are so thankful to the aytendees for their enthusiasm, creativity and presence;) you won't be forgotten!!:) I did a little drawing of the joy at the table:) thanks for having us!

no doubt was onto something …’look at everything as though you are seeing it for the first time, with eyes of a child, fresh with wonder.’ He also noted that ‘shadow boxes are poetic theatres.’ Oh how art transforms our lives, huh:)
