Hot days are here, and a heatwave warning has been issued for parts of NSW ☀️💛 Let’s all take a few easy steps to stay cool, safe, and comfortable.

Quick tips for a healthy summer:
✅Stay indoors during the hottest part of the day
✅Keep the house cooler by closing curtains/blinds and using fans or air con
✅Do chores or gentle exercise early in the morning when it’s cooler
✅Sip water often - even if you don’t feel thirsty
✅Check in on family, friends, and neighbours (especially older people and people with disability)

Look after yourself - and if you can, look after someone else too. 💜

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
- Provide clear information to clients regarding service agreements and participant handbooks
- Support clients with care coordination while maintaining a client-centred approach

🙌 Candidate Requirements:
- Vietnamese
- Caring, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders

📚 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in disability services (1–3 years)
- Previous experience supporting people with disability
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing client needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check (if required), and Driver’s Licence
