Parents, this one’s for you! 👋

Ever notice afternoons can feel extra hard after a long school day? Here’s a simple 15-minute reset that can make a big difference.

Before homework or sitting down for dinner, try 15 minutes of proprioceptive (heavy work) movement. It helps reset the nervous system after a full day of sitting, listening, and concentrating.

Easy ideas to try at home:
• Animal walks like bear crawls or crab walks
• Pushing a heavy laundry basket
• Jumping on the trampoline

These simple movements give deep pressure input to the body, helping kids feel calmer, more regulated, and ready for the next transition. 💛

After a big summer, we’re so excited to be back into routine and kicking off another jam-packed term alongside our clinic sessions.

Here’s what’s on this term…

🏄‍♂️ Surfing
Mon–Fri afternoons + Sat mornings
Wednesday afternoons are Kurnell only

🐴 Equine Therapy
Mon, Tues + Thurs afternoons

🥋 Martial Arts
Tuesday 5:15–6pm

🤸 Cheer & Acro
Wednesday 4:15–5pm

👩‍🍳 Cooking & Nutrition Group
Thursday 4–5:30pm
Starting Week 6 (from Thurs 5th March)

🏊 Swimming
Thursday afternoons
Currently fully booked (waitlist available)

Our Term 1 officially kicks off today, Tuesday 27th Jan, for both our surfing and clinic programs! 🏄‍♂️

We’ve had a lovely break to recharge, but we are so ready to get back into the swing of things with our amazing Groms.

We’ll can’t wait to see you all in clinic or at the beach! 🌊✨
