We’ve had a lovely break to recharge, but we are so ready to get back into the swing of things with our amazing Groms.

Anddddddd, that’s a WRAP on 2025! Wow, we can’t believe another year has come to an end – they really do fly by. 🌟

The holidays are fun, but all that excitement, routine changes, and screen time can leave little ones feeling tired, irritable, or withdrawn.

Signs of holiday burnout can include:
– Mood swings or frequent tantrums
– Trouble sleeping or changes in appetite
– Avoiding activities they usually enjoy
– Low energy or frequent meltdowns

Here are some simple ways you can help:
– Keep some consistent routines (sleep, meals, quiet time)
– Offer breaks between activities for rest and downtime
– Encourage physical activity to release energy and stress
– Provide calm, predictable spaces where they can recharge

With Christmas around the corner and the summer school holidays approaching, here are our key dates to keep in mind:

— Last day for the clinic: Friday 19th December
— Last day of surfing: Saturday 20th December
— Equine sessions: Running between our closure and reopening (limited spots)
— January School Holiday Program kicks off: Monday 12th January
— Clinic Intensive Week 1: Tues 13th – Fri 16th January
— Clinic Intensive Week 2: Tues 20th – Fri 23rd January
