West Gold Butter makes everything better 🧈
This delicious, high-quality West Coast, New Zealand salted butter is crafted from milk from healthy cows on lush pasture. I love grilling vegetables in butter, it adds such flavour to the vegetables as they grill. I do this with Dutch Carrots, broccolini, asparagus and green beans.
This is the simple ingredients you will need;
Your vegetable of choice
2 tablespoons of EVOO
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and Pepper

Method:
Heat up your pan, put in your EVOO and then throw all your vegetables into the pan. Swirl around on low heat, add salt and pepper, turn heat up and add the lemon juice on top and let it sizzle in the pan, then throw in a few cubes of 🧈 butter.
Tips;
Just remember you don’t want chunky vegetables in there cause they take longer to cook, and whilst burnt butter is delicious, you don’t want it to char and ruin everything.
