One of our wonderful staff members is retiring....
Luckily not from Iris Care but from Foster Care 💛
You see our wonderful Jill (and her family) have been fostering children for almost three decades.
Yes... for nearly three decades they have selflessly dedicated themselves to not only fostering children but with a special focus on the children with disabilities, the children with challenging behaviours and the children that fell through the cracks of the system.
So this post is a shout out to Jill and her family for their incredible dedication.
Our staff are the ties that bind this company and with staff as selfless and experienced as Jill we are incredibly lucky that she is one of those ties 🎀
