Don't wait for people to ask how you are. But when they don't take note. Because life is a wheel, no one is exempt from the ups and downs.
Keep your energy for those who give you theirs.
Your burn out is temporary, you will turn to ash, but you will rise. Not only will you rise but you will be bigger and stronger than before. You will have the lessons of the last you and utilise them in the new you!
Don't worry about feeling sh*tty right now, keep your eye on the prize.

What is your peace worth?
When do you get to the point where you say enough is enough?
Everyone and everything has it's limits and the threshold for what we are prepared to tolerate is different, for every topic in out life. Some things get a lot of our energy and others not so much. Simply put, ask yourself,
Does this bring me joy? Does it align with my higher purpose?
If the answer is no, you know what you need to do, but are you prepared to do it?
Don't fear the unknown, fear wasting the precious little time we have here.

Not everything deserves access to you!
We think being helpful is kind, and it is, but what do you do when the people you are helping are not grateful?
At what stage in the game do you realise the generosity isn't being valued let alone reciprocated.
We can tell, we know who is taking the p**s and if you don't know the universe will always expose them.
So, when you have the information, what do you do with it? Do you continue being taken advantage of? Or do you speak up and see if they have remorse or not? Usually you'll see the users will not have remorse nor will they care they have hurt you, and you will know you made the right choice cutting them out of your life.
Before you go into 2026 which is all about growth and new begginings have a metaphysical walk around the room. Look at the energy that is one way - from you to them - take your scissors, and cut that cord.
We aren't about that life anymore.
We aren't about giving and not receiving.
We are about balance and respect.
So go get it!

Stop trying to be the fixer, stop trying to make things better for others.
Everyone is more than capable of doing better for themselves. It might be difficult, it might take a long time, but it is not impossible.

I heard this while watching my K drama, and it stayed in my mind.
Got me thinking, I sometimes take yesterday's issues into tomorrow, and I shouldn't because they don't deserve to come with me where I am going.
I would like to think I have a rough idea, but truthfully speaking as a psychic medium I choose not to read for myself all day everyday as I will never live a full life but I trust the vibes I get in the present moment. So I don't try vibe in advance, I trust the path that will unfold before me, not knowing and not wanting to know early.
Luckily I have a great team with the guidance of Ezio and a super talented team at Onyx with me, so if I do need some extra help I ask, but the moral of the story is don't assume you know it all as sometimes the universe can and will surprise you.

Tonight, I got to experience the most amazing show from the two best singers Greece has to offer.

I have no words this show has me dancing and singing like I was 20 again!
