On Sunday, Ramsay Clinic Macarthur supported the Macarthur Rotary Clubs’ Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health. This annual non-competitive walk aims to bring people together to 'walk and talk' about mental health while raising funds for research. Our team was proud to take part to reduce stigma and raise funds for vital mental health research in Australia.

Things to look for:
• Loss of interest in things once enjoyed
• Persistent low mood
