What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
✅ Supervise and support Support Coordinators, Team Leaders, and admin staff
✅ Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to maintain high satisfaction levels
✅ Develop and implement growth strategies to attract new clients & increase revenue
✅ Ensure operational efficiency, optimize rostering & resource allocation
✅ Contribute to risk management and incident reporting processes

What We’re Looking For:
⭐ Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards & service delivery
⭐ Experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the disability/community services sector
⭐ Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
⭐ Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation & continuous improvement
⭐ Proficiency in admin & case management systems (MyProviderHub experience a plus!)
