Today is International Epilepsy Day 💜

Epilepsy is a neurological condition that affects people in different ways, and for many, it is part of everyday life. Seizures can look different from person to person, and not all epilepsy is visible.

Raising awareness helps reduce stigma, build understanding, and create safer, more inclusive communities. With the right understanding, support, and inclusion, people living with epilepsy can live full, meaningful lives and feel empowered to participate in the world around them.

Today, we recognise and stand alongside individuals living with epilepsy, their families, and the support networks who walk with them every day.
