Welcome to Apollo Family, Carmen Tsen ! 🥳🤩

Carmen is NSW's newest NDIS Support Coordinator and brings with her a strong background in aged care - having previously worked as an ACAT assessor helping older Australians access the supports they need.

Carmen speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Teo-chew, some Hokkien and is on a side quest to learn Vietnamese ! She enjoys lion dancing, volunteering, and cooking/baking for friends and family.

Our lovely seniors have been enjoying our Tuesday Group Sessions, filled with laughter, movement, and beautiful connections. 💪💃

✨ Next week’s activity: Strawberry Picking! 🍓
We can’t wait to take our seniors out for a fun day surrounded by fresh air, good company, and sweet strawberries!

Due to our growing numbers (and full capacity every week 🥰), we’re now looking into adding another day so more seniors can join in on the fun. 🎉

These weekly sessions are all about keeping the body active, the mind sharp, and the heart happy. 💚

✨ Celebrated the Tết Trung Thu – Full Moon Lantern Festival with the community yesterday 🌕🏮 It was such a joyful evening filled with lanterns, lion dancing, games, mooncakes, and plenty of smiles.

A big thank you to Westnam United and all the organisers for bringing everyone together and creating such a joyful atmosphere 💛
