Eating out isn’t what throws you of, all or nothing thinking does

This weekend I ate out, cooked at home, grabbed quick lunches, had a drink and still stayed aligned with my goals

Not because I was perfect, but because I was aware and balanced my choices

You can enjoy your food and keep moving forward when you:
✨ Anchor your day with protein
✨ Add volume + veg
✨ Balance heavier meals with lighter ones
✨ Stick to your habits (steps, water, movement)
✨ Remember one meal won’t ruin your progress

This is to showcase to you that your goals and your social life can coexist & it just comes down to doing it with intention

So many women hold off on starting because they are waiting for the right time

And so many people stop because they feel like they aren’t doing it perfectly.

But that’s where they go wrong

With your current routine, your work, your weekends.. it is actually the best time to start learning to make it work long term

Because that s**t will always be there & there truth is there is no ideal season

And the longer you tell yourself that, the more you will push it back or give up when it gets hard

Make steps forward > standing still
Create balance > burnout
Build awareness > all or nothing

The 4 biggest reminders before you start a new nutrition plan or approach that I’ve experienced after a 20 week fat loss phase👇🏼

1️⃣ Your first plan isn’t your forever plan. Bodies adapt, life changes & your nutrition approach will evolve as your knowledge does. What might feel restrictive or challenging right now won’t as you evolve

2️⃣ If you go in thinking its a punishment or restrictive, you’ll burn out & you won’t follow the plan. Give yourself permission to adjust things - your food choices, your meal timings, your meals off plan etc. This flexibility makes it easier to stick to in the long term

3️⃣ A plan isn’t just about eating less, it’s about eating smarter. What you eat now might not work for your calories as you move through and that’s normal, but creativity with your meals can go a long way!

4️⃣ You don’t need to hit your numbers 100% everyday for results, it’s committing to it longer term that does. Yes, long term is the answerrrr!

If you struggle with sticking to a plan, it’s usually not you at fault, it’s the approach that hasn’t been built with real life in mind

What if restriction was the problem?

So many women I work with tell me they feel like they have “no discipline” or “no willpower”.. but when we actually look closer, it’s not that at all

It’s the way you’re approach food.

➡️ Under eating during the day, so by night their body is screaming for energy
➡️ Relying on small, calorie dense meals that never leave them full
➡️ Stress piling up, and food becoming the only way to cope
➡️ Restriction creating a cycle of guilt, blow out and restart again Monday

The truth is, your body doesn’t need more rules. It needs more nourishment. More balance. More consistency

When you stop fighting your body & start fueling it properly, everything changes, even how you look at food

I spy glutessss 🍑😍

12 week building progress with our incredible client Jen ✨

Jen came to me post completing a restrictive diet phase & was ready to restore her relationship with food

We shifted into a building phase where the goal wasn’t to maintain but to actually grow lean muscle and as you can see, the results speak for themselves 🔥

Now we are heading into her first deficit/fat loss phase with a stronger foundation, more muscle and a healthier approach - just in time for summer ☀️

So excited to enter this phase with her! Thank you for trusting me to guide you through your journey & can’t wait to see what’s next xx
