You’re not stuck
You’re just expecting results on a timeline your body doesn’t operate on 🤔
Fat loss especially when you want to maintain muscle and actually change your shape, takes time
And the problem I see most often isn’t lack of effort… It’s people abandoning the process too early 💨
A couple of weeks in, the scale fluctuates, progress feels slow, and you start freaking out, asking yourself:
👉🏼 “Maybe this isn’t working”
👉🏼 “Maybe I need to change something”
When in reality, that’s the exact moment you needed to stay the course because you won’t see progress if you’re constantly changing direction
If you feel like you’re always starting over, it’s not because you can’t do it…it’s because you haven’t had the structure or patience to see something through yet
