Eating out isn’t what throws you of, all or nothing thinking does
This weekend I ate out, cooked at home, grabbed quick lunches, had a drink and still stayed aligned with my goals
Not because I was perfect, but because I was aware and balanced my choices
You can enjoy your food and keep moving forward when you:

✨ Add volume + veg
✨ Balance heavier meals with lighter ones
✨ Stick to your habits (steps, water, movement)
✨ Remember one meal won’t ruin your progress
