A high-performing body isn’t built by staying small
Now, most of you aren’t competitors and you don’t need to cycle through extreme phases
But the principle still applies!
👉 If you want to build shape, strength, or muscle - you need periods of growth
👉 If you want to lose body fat - you need a structured deficit
🌷 And in between? You need time at maintenance
None of these are meant to be permanent, your body is allowed to change & should change! It’s going to fluctuate, that’s normal
As a competitor, mine changes multiple times a year & for most women, it will shift through different seasons of life too
The problem starts when you try to force yourself into one box - being lean all year, dieting forever and scared of the scale going up
That’s when it becomes detrimental gals! Change isn’t the enemy, fear of change is
And learning to love yourself through these seasons of your life is so important - it’s not easy sometimes but it’s important!
And thats what I help my girls achieve - love for themselves all year round 🌻
