A high-performing body isn’t built by staying small

Now, most of you aren’t competitors and you don’t need to cycle through extreme phases
But the principle still applies!

👉 If you want to build shape, strength, or muscle - you need periods of growth
👉 If you want to lose body fat - you need a structured deficit

🌷 And in between? You need time at maintenance

None of these are meant to be permanent, your body is allowed to change & should change! It’s going to fluctuate, that’s normal

As a competitor, mine changes multiple times a year & for most women, it will shift through different seasons of life too

The problem starts when you try to force yourself into one box - being lean all year, dieting forever and scared of the scale going up

That’s when it becomes detrimental gals! Change isn’t the enemy, fear of change is

And learning to love yourself through these seasons of your life is so important - it’s not easy sometimes but it’s important!

And thats what I help my girls achieve - love for themselves all year round 🌻

What you’ve been told works vs what actually ends up on my clients plates are two very different things

You’ve been told fat loss means eating as little as possible right?

Well, wrong.. it’s actually eating as MUCH as possible while achieving your fat loss goal

Sure, you can cut food right down, but that just means you burn out quicker & everything stalls

What you want to do is learn how to get your body to drop fat, while eating enough!

And this shocks my clients originally, because their plates are bigger than ever

But, their energy improves, they see their physique change & it actually lasts

They stop trying to win the “who can survive on the least food” comp & start focusing on a body that functions, performs and changes

Same girl, just different standards

You can be the person who talks about getting results, or the one who actually gets them

The difference isn’t motivation, it’s caring enough to show up, setting time aside instead of avoiding it

I’ve worked with a lot of women and seen a lot of transformations - it’s never the ones who “know everything” that get the best results, it’s the ones who put the effort in and hold themselves to a standard
