// Net worth // If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Self discipline means day in day out, wax on wax off. Self care is a radical committment, two feet in. My private sauna, recovery time is high priority after flying high. Jet lag is a circadian rhythm disruptor. // Business Partners // Exiting my private practice this year was one of my “breakthrough decisions” of all time in 2025. I was done, leading a naturopathic solopreneur lifestyle, this no longer served me well despite my service to clients. // Transformation // Reality conveys that many people are comfortable with their lot in life. I remember that feeling of “content” with a partner because I did not want to lose him. Decades, many decades later I can see how my behaviour was immature. Emotional sobriety is harnessed and resilience developed by the contrast in life we experience. // Confidence without noise // Discretion is currency. Avoiding loud and aggressive people who are vexations to my spirit is my practice. Last week I was invited for a week in North Hollywood. When in LA do as they do. What exactly is their culture? Actors and rockstar culture. Relying on inner capital that’s compounded in my pockets assisted me to stay fluid. Business hat on, impeccable communicative and respectful. AI, Health to Wealth…Billionaires & Celebrities. The package was styled and curated with the flair that only a surprise can disrupt. The room evolved over time, 5 days. Atmosphere covering all extremes. Tailored to meet all my desires means I will do it again. Changing my mindset via these experiences is what changes my business for the better. Quality not quantity. Suiting up suits me. Scaling the rim of my bucket was worth everything I ever left behind. Love what you do. I create time to self soothe, research & dedicate myself to my craft. It’s a skill I practice daily. No tricks many treats. When you really care about someone else - it creates trust - trust means taking another’s best interest to heart. No I’m not soft - I’m solid - I’m capable of allowing another’s world to impact me and reDesign another way. It’s not my way or their way it’s a 3rd option that expands, inspires and motivates another to understand that “free will” is a choice. This way my clients perceive through a different lens. You are totally responsible for everything you do have & everything you do not have in your life, right now. Radical responsibility, radical authenticity, radical forgiveness. Nuff said.

// Stranger things // Never underestimate what a complete stranger can bring to the table. Leo and I wear blue blockers, no matter what and “double dose” when required, light dependent. We both share similar stories and history and have committed to a “brain led” lifestyle. My glasses had additional parts with light and dark orange. Specificity suits us. // Practicing Partnership // It is a practice, believe me. I have failed so many times in relating - RSD no more. Who knew? Rejection sensitivity dysphoria is a symptom of neurodivergent brain types. Why? Because sensitivity is a real thing.
Managing sensitivity levels is a skill. We aren’t born with it, childhood, socialisation and desensitisation happen, this is life. Know thyself first, for real. Partner with another that is also for real and not fantasy orientated and build Kingdoms. The future of our children require stable relationships. Stable ambiguity is for socialised normies. Be good, different. Own your weird, it’s why we are here. Self esteem is paramount to discerning healthy partnerships. Building is our future, merge and acquire well. Inner capital is your self esteem.

// What’s on the table // With every separation from something I valued, I studied intently to “let it go”, “don’t worry about it”, “adapt”, “cope”, grovelling is anyways out of the question, it’s a bad look they say. Vulnerability in business, bleh. Grovelling is for scavengers who understand even a carcass has value in the food chain. Know where you are.
Character structures roam among us and it is honourable to understand and relate to all humans as we do animals, all creatures have features. I aim to please for the greater good, it’s my feature.
Recently I was reunited with my electronic table and bonding all over again was valued and treated with specialty. I work much better with it, than without. Who knew? I now know, its a non-negotiable: resistance be gone.
It’s the little things that make a valued, neat and tidy life, worth it.
