“I know I should do something for my health… I just don’t know where to start.”

We hear this often from women who come into our clinic.

It’s rarely about motivation. More often it’s years of putting work, family and everyone else first.

Over time that can show up as reduced strength, lingering aches or feeling less confident with movement.

This International Women’s Day felt like a good moment to talk about it.

It’s a good reminder that women’s health often gets pushed down the list while managing work, family and everything else life throws at you.
