We’ve just moved into our new training phase here at Elevate One - a full body block working in the 8–10 rep range.
December is the busiest month for most of our members… social calendars are full, routines can get messy and sleep can dip.
So instead of running heavy, high-demand strength programs, we shift into a phase that still keeps you progressing - even if you only make one or two sessions some weeks.
Full body means you train every major muscle group each session.
No missed movement patterns, no falling behind… every session counts.
The 8–10 rep range lets you lift challenging weights without the fatigue of very heavy lifting.
It’s easier to recover from, it keeps technique sharp, and honestly it just feels good this time of year.
Progression is at the heart of what we do.
We coach you, we guide your loading, we track your weights, and we make sure you’re moving forward - even during the silly season.
This phase is all about feeling strong & consistent right through December.
