โœ… Mung Beans โ€“ Light and easy to digest, they balance all doshas and gently detoxify the body while providing clean, plant-based protein.
Having said that you have to be careful with mung beans use if you have hyper acidity. Adding cumin seeds and ginger are highly recommended while cooking mungbeans.

โœ… Tofu โ€“ Builds strength and supports daily nourishment; a wholesome, grounding protein source ideal for active lifestyles.
Tofu has to be used moderately if you are not used to tofu and you are going through estrogen dominance.
