PPPD is a very common and REAL diagnosis I see day to day.
Many people with dizziness constantly fear whether it’s just in their head because no one else can understand what they feel.
Good news! PPPD is very treatable and it just takes 3 steps to start feeling better:
1. Reset nervous system - deep breathing, grounding exercises.
2. Habituation - introducing new movements without sending danger alerts to your brain.
3. Applying to daily life - integrating new movements into your routine so it’s meaningful.
