Vitalis partners with health funds to deliver our industry-leading Virtual Hospital Program. Through a combination of remote monitoring technology and in-person care, we are able to deliver the outstanding results highlighted in the image below - as stated in our patients' own words.

A team of exceptional, experienced, empathetic and highly trained registered nurses are at the heart of the Vitalis Virtual Hospital Program (VVHP). They not only provide medical support and guidance by phone, but also become a trusted part of each patient's medical team.

Here's what one patient, Prue, had to say about VVHP nurse Roopa:

“Roopa is so wonderful. I’m really not a person who would talk to somebody about my health, but Roopa is very kind and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to find out about patients and find out what they had. I had a quadruple bypass and atrial valve repair and she understood all of that and then I could talk to her on that level. For me, it was really easy to talk to her.”

“If I didn’t have my phone on me or if I had my phone on silent, Roopa would always call again just to make sure I was okay. I felt that someone really did care about my health.”

According to Alzheimer's Research Australia , there are 480,000 people currently living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia in Australia.

Vitalis has been providing patient-centred, NSQHS-accredited Rehabilitation in the Home services since October 2021, enabling eligible hip- and knee- replacement patients to be cared for at home. In most cases, this treatment is completely funded by private health funds.

We work collaboratively with hospitals, patients and families to provide a seamless clinical and care service designed to deliver the best possible outcomes.
