Meet Ayla, our newest Support Worker joining the Compassionate Care Network team!

Hi, I’m Ayla. I’m really excited to be joining the team and bringing my experience and passion for supporting others. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and have 3 years of experience as a Support Worker, supporting participants across NDIS, aged care and children’s services.

Alongside my support work, I currently work at a La Trobe University childcare centre, where I’ve gained valuable experience working with children and supporting those with autism and behaviours of concern. I love creating supportive environments where people feel safe, understood and encouraged to be themselves.

I value clear and professional communication, and believe it’s important that participants and families feel comfortable asking questions and raising any concerns. I take a person-centred approach to my work, adapting my support to suit each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences.

Meet Jasmin, our newest Support Worker joining the Compassionate Care Network team!

Hi, I’m Jasmin. I’m incredibly excited to bring my experience and passion into the world of support work. With a background as an Allied Health Assistant in a hospital setting, I truly value building deep connections with people through their highs and their lows.

I have a Cert III in Allied Health Assistance and experience across NDIS, Aged Care, and paediatrics. Whether it’s providing "all cares" support or assisting with transport shifts, I aim to be a calm, patient, and reliable presence. I’m a big believer in staying active and outdoors—I love cooking, baking, and socialising, and I'm always keen to share those passions with my clients.

I was drawn to this field because I love seeing people progress and thrive. I’m naturally structured yet gentle, and I pride myself on being able to read the room to ensure every client feels comfortable and heard.
