Meet Monika, the newest Support Worker joining the Compassionate Care Network team!

Hi, my name is Monika. I chose this path because I truly enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives. As a support worker, I get to support individuals to be more independent, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.

I find it incredibly rewarding to see progress, even in the smallest things, and to build trusting relationships with the people I support. This role constantly teaches me patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, which makes the work deeply meaningful and keeps me motivated every day.

Outside of work, I love travelling and chatting with people. I especially enjoy connecting with individuals from different cultures and learning about their unique stories and perspectives.

Support work allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my love for human connection, and that is what I value most about this journey.
