Before and After: 6 Months Post Operation.

Dr Johnny Kwei’s patient went from a cup size A to a cup size D using 345cc Mentor Anatomical implants.
The procedure took 60 minutes and was done as a day surgery, allowing the patient to go home the same day.

Post-operatively, the patient was required to wear a bra for six weeks, and driving was not allowed for 1-2 weeks. Gentle exercises could be resumed after two weeks, and normal exercise was typically permitted after six weeks.

After this breast implant surgery (breast augmentation surgery), patient is much happier fitting into dresses and swimwear, with better definition to her cleavage and overall breast shape and form.

In this procedure, Dr Kwei is performing a neck lift, through a well hidden incision under the chin. The pr*****ed platysma muscles (which often gives the 'turkey neck' like appearance) is reinforced with plication suture which results in a smooth, well defined neck.

If there is excess skin around the neck after this manoeuvre, it will be excised and scars hidden strategically behind the ears.

Before and After: Two months post-op bilateral breast reduction (BBR) surgery.

Our patient’s cup size was reduced from 14DD/E to 14C.

She had difficulty exercising and finding clothes and bras that could support her heavy breasts. She invested significant financial costs in bras to fit her breasts, and often had to seek custom-designed bras.

One of our lovely patient’s post surgical comments was ‘I am really looking forward to being able to shop in the normal bra section of David Jones’.

The procedure effectively alleviated neck and upper back pain for this patient.
Happy patient and a rewarding breast surgery result.

Surgery is one step in a much bigger journey.

Before your procedure, reaching a stable and lower BMI is important for both safety and surgical planning - which is why developing consistent routines matters.

After surgery, if your weight reduces due to better routines and motivation, small revisional procedures may sometimes be considered.

Dr Johnny works with you as a team throughout the entire process, helping you understand what each stage involves.

In this procedure, Dr Kwei is repairing re**us divarication, bringing the separated re**us muscles back to the midline to restore abdominal wall integrity.

Not commonly known, is that restoring the abdominal wall integrity can often improve urinary continence and reduce/eliminate lower back pain, which can develop as a result of interruption to the core muscle function.

Shown here are the 7-month post-operative results.

Following a weight loss of more than 60kg, the patient experienced breast ptosis and excess abdominal skin. She underwent a mastopexy and an abdominoplasty to address breast position and remove redundant abdominal tissue associated with the substantial weight loss.

3-month results: Our patient went from an A cup to a D cup using 380cc Motiva Ergonomix implants. A customised dual plane pocket and the internal bra technique were used during the 45-60 minute surgery.

Patients typically go home the same day. Post-operative care includes wearing a bra binder for 6 weeks, showering over the surgical site the evening of surgery, avoiding driving for 1-2 weeks, and gradually resuming upper body exercises after 6 weeks.

Here, Dr Kwei is preparing harvested fat for fat grafting as part of breast rejuvenation surgery.

Fat grafting is a technique used routinely in surgical practice and can be applied across different areas of the body, including the face, eyelids, and breasts. It involves transferring a patient’s own fat from one area to another and requires careful handling and precise preparation before placement.

Procedures are planned on an individual basis, with technique and suitability assessed during consultation with Dr Johnny Kwei.
