Happy New Year everyone.

As I step into 2026, I feel deeply excited and very clear.

This year is about oneness.

I have intentionally reduced my paid classes so I can focus on building a heart led community through free sessions, community gatherings, and meaningful projects where we grow and serve together.

Last night many of you joined the Soulfulness Experience.

This will now be a weekly free session, creating a steady space to rest, receive, and reconnect.
