I am offering online meditation sessions. Lively Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio has offered the zoom platform for me to use. The aim is to raise funds for the Fred Hollow's Foundation, to restore sights to those needed in third world and developing countries, or you can donate to any charity of your choice.
