It is known that sound waves move through water at least 5 times more efficiently than through the air and the water in the human body accounts for approximately 70% of its makeup. This makes the human body a very receptive vessel for vibro-tactile input.

Chanting mantras during pregnancy helps to create a deep, loving connection with your unborn baby. You and your baby can experience a profound sense of peace.

๐ŸŽถChanting has been shown to help with pain management during labour and delivery. A study published in the Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic, & Neonatal Nursing found that women who practiced chanting during labour had lower pain levels and were less likely to need pain medication.
