The best way to throw 95mph…is the one that suits your body best.

This is an incredible throw by and shows that long toss helps him.

But what if you’re not built like him? What if, instead of a long build up, you need to focus on firing your pelvis faster and blocking better with your front leg?

In that scenario, you probably won’t ever get where you want to go with long toss alone. You’ll never hit 95mph if you can’t block with your front leg.

Want help with that? Comment “front” to get started with the Rotational Power Development System (RPDS) free of charge.

Do you know what the #1 way to stand out on a baseball field is?

Be athletic. Do cool stuff that no one else can, just like the guys in this video from This clip got something like 17.5 million views!

And the reason is simple…it’s awesome athletic stuff that people want to see. Yet most baseball training sessions focus solely on where to throw the ball, where to run, what to do in each situation.

Yet the stuff that gets you signed, gets you recruited is throwing 🔥 hitting 💣 running 💨 being super athletic.

If you’re like me and think it makes sense to spend some time training this stuff, COMMENT “Bat Speed” and we’ll send you a training program that’ll make you more like the guys in this clip in just 3 weeks.

Unlock more velocity by improving the use of your back leg down the mound.

Check out the latest Japanese flame thrower
science does a great job of highlighting how he loads his back hip, rides the slide down the mound and then explodes into rotation.

Btw, if you’re sick of being overlooked by coaches and scouts, we’ve helped more than 100 players hit further, throw harder and run faster over the past 5 years. We have in person and online training options available via LINK IN BIO so don’t wait any longer to stand out and achieve your dreams.

Want more bat speed?

It’s not too different to lifting weights to help you run faster.

The contrast of swinging a heavy bat and then a light bat, teaches your brain how to move fast. After a while you “forget” how to do it slower.

Complete 3 sets of 3 swings with two different weighted bats. Rest 30 seconds between sets.

Try it and see your bat speed jump!

Comment “bat speed” if you want more help swinging faster and getting noticed for your power.

Want To ⬆️Bat Speed In Just 5 Minutes Per Day?

Be like Cal Raleigh.

To swing with elite power, you need to create separation of hips and shoulders. The bigger the separation, the more bat speed you can end up with.

Watch Cal from both sides of the plate. We can clearly see his hips moving before his trunk which is moving before his hands.

If you want to increase your bat speed like “the big dumper” you need to increase your mobility. You can do this in just 5 minutes per day as part of our 3 week “Stand Out For Scouts” series.

Comment “bat speed” to join the series or DM if you want help improving your bat speed.

How Do You Gain Velocity, Safely?

You drive your back leg like tarikskubal

Despite the super high leg kick, Tarik is always gaining momentum towards the plate and that’s how you throw hard, safely.

In the first slow-mo clip, we can tell that while his front leg is heading up, he’s loading his back hip and drifting towards the plate. It’s much easier to see in the top and side views and by the final clip we can see how fast his body is moving-hence why he throws so hard.

If you want help building safe velocity like Tarik Skubal, comment “drive” to join our FREE new series: Stand Out For Coaches & Scouts.

How to use weighted balls safely:

Plyo or weighted balls aren’t scary.

It’s no different to lifting weights in a gym-if you focus on great technique and minimise fatigue. How hard you throw them and how many times you do it is down to how well you can do it at a certain intensity, for a certain number of reps.

Plyo’s are a critical part of our throwing warm ups, if you’d like to know how we use them, comment “warm up” to get our FREE E-Book: The Ultimate Throwing Warm Up

How many pitches should you throw to avoid injury?

In this clip are two amazing pitchers. One has had TWO elbow surgeries already. How many pitches should be allowed to throw to try and protect him?

The answer lies not in how many overall, but how many high intensity throws (>80% max effort).

A sudden increase in the number of high intensity throws increases your risk of injury over subsequent outings.

Want to know how many you should throw to avoid a “spike” and save your arm?

Tag a teammate and Comment “SAVE” to get our free pitch count calculator.
