After 15 years with breast implants, this patient felt ready for a change, seeking a smaller, softer and more natural breast appearance that better aligns with her current stage of life.
During surgery, her existing implants were removed and the breast was reshaped using a mastopexy (lift) technique to restore support, improve symmetry, and refine the overall contour. By repositioning the natural breast tissue and tightening the skin envelope, we achieved a rejuvenated, balanced result without the need for replacement implants.

This approach is ideal for women wishing to return to a more natural aesthetic while maintaining shape, lift, and proportion.

For this patient’s breast augmentation, we selected 425cc round high-profile implants to create fuller upper-pole definition and a balanced, harmonious shape with her chest wall and proportions.

To further her result, we performed fat grafting using fat harvested from the inner thighs, placing it along the cleavage line to soften the medial border and create a more natural, seamless transition between the breasts.

Before and after results following a one-stage breast augmentation, breast lift, and fat grafting using 370cc round Mentor implants.
This patient had mild breast ptosis (sagging) but good skin elasticity, making her a candidate for a combined augmentation- mastopexy (breast lift + implant) performed in a single stage.

The breast lift repositions and reshapes the existing breast tissue to achieve better ni**le alignment and projection, while the implant restores upper-pole fullness and volume. A small amount of fat grafting was also used to refine contour and enhance the transition of breast tissue and implant.
