This result was achieved using 340cc and 360cc Motiva Ergonomic Demi implants, selected to optimise breast proportions, restore volume, and enhance upper pole contour while maintaining a natural aesthetic.

Implant size and profile were individually tailored to the patient’s anatomy and chest dimensions. We selected 2 different sized implants to achieve a more symmetrical result.

Where will my breast implant be placed?

When our surgeons are placing the breast implant into the breast pocket it can be placed under the muscle, over the muscle or dual plane. Dr Wessels explains dual plane placement and why it is his preferred method.
