At IEHA, our commitment is to Deliver Excellence in Energetic Awareness. Our Mission is to honor the past to bridge the future.

The EHA was incorporated in November of 2000, born from the hearts and minds of dedicated individuals passionate about Energetic Healing. During 2015 the EHA went through a process of evolution and in September of 2015 the International Energetic Healing Association branch of the EHA was established. The EHA works with member services Australia-wide and the IEHA works with our global family. Who is the International Energetic Healing Association Member? Our members are individuals who reside in a vibrant world of Energy and recognize the Mind-Body-Spirit as an intelligent, dynamic system. We provide support to other Beings at whatever level is needed in order to bring their systems into balance. We understand and trust the inherent healing systems within each Being and guide those in need of Balance to Trust and Listen to their own systems. How the practitioner uses the modality they select, how they are able to flow with the Beings own unique Journey and how they engage the Being in their own Healing Process, all are important for an IEHA Practitioner. Therefore an IEHA Member may be a nutritionist, osteopath, bodyworker, crystal worker, acupuncturist, herbalist or even a surgeon! It is the MINDSET that is Energetic!

✨ One of IEHA core values is ‘INSPIRATION’, and in this post our Globally Accredited partner Sharon Bolt shares reflections on this theme ✨

"The etymology of inspired is ‘to breathe or blow into’ from in - ‘into’ + spirare ‘breathe’. The word was originally used in reference to a divine or supernatural being, in the sense ‘impart a truth or idea to someone’. (Oxford languages)

What if this divine or supernatural being is actually our Soul softly whispering for us to sing our Soul song in this reality? Inspiration to me means living a life that is Soul directed. A life that is deeply grounded in this reality but that also seamlessly engages with the unseen world in order to become a better human - more compassionate, loving and kind, so that we may inspire others to walk the path of true Soul evolution."

✨ In November, we’re highlighting Sharon Bolt — Spirit Worker & Master Trainer, and one of our incredible Globally Accredited Course Providers! ✨

Sharon Bolt works with those ready to re-awaken the magick in their lineages and their Soul gifts. Sharon creates grounded sacred spaces that offer up evolutionary opportunities for transformation and Soul growth. Sharon is a spiritual midwife, and helps people ‘birth’ their True Authentic Selves. One of her specialties is shadow work so that we may all truly embody our light.

Sharon is not a spiritual lightweight when it comes to seeking out and embodying new realms of esoteric and traditional knowledge, having been on the Path for 30 years. Her training is vast and varied and meets people where they are at. Her premier event “Sacred Space Weaver” guides people to become integrated space holders so they can work more effectively with energy and the spirit world in one to one sessions and group work.

“love that this month is presence because for me, presence is at the heart of all healing work.

Over the years, I've seen how transformative it can be simply to sit with someone who is fully present. It creates a space where all parts of us feel seen, heard, and safe. Presence is also something we can offer ourselves. Each time we pause, notice what we feel, and listen inwardly, we build self-trust and compassion.

One of my favourite quotes that speaks to this is from Thích Nhất Hạnh:
"The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers."

A simple practice I often share is to place a hand on your body, take a few slow breaths, and ask: "What do I need right now?" This small act of presence can be the beginning of deeper self-connection.”

This month we are exploring one of our core values - PRESENCE - with one of IEHA directors, Jennifer Nurick!

“I love that this month is presence because for me, presence is at the heart of all healing work.”

Jennifer Nurick is a Clinical Psychotherapist, couple therapist, and energy healer with over 20 years of experience supporting people to heal from trauma, abuse, and insecure attachment.

Through her practice, Psychotherapy Central, she works with individuals and couples around the world to help them break free from old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build secure, healthy relationships.

Her approach blends psychotherapy with Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and energetic and spiritual healing. Jennifer also shares her knowledge and resources through her book Heal Your Anxious Attachment, online courses, retreats, and her podcast Psychotherapy Central.

At the heart of Jennifer’s work is one mission: to create a world of securely attached adults raising securely attached children, breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma.

This month, we celebrate a beautiful milestone — 10 years of the International Energetic Healing Association.

What began as a vision has now become a vibrant community — one rooted in the five guiding values of inspiration, presence, love, connection and sharing. For the past decade, IEHA has grown alongside practitioners, students, and wisdom seekers, providing support, education, mentoring, and guidance on the journey of healing and self-discovery.

From the start, our mission has been clear:

Faith lives in the Kidneys. 🦋
 They hold our ming—the seed-pattern of life’s unfolding, chosen before birth.

Faith isn’t blind belief. It’s the softening required when we cannot yet see the whole picture. It’s what carries us through thresholds, when fear rises, when trust hasn’t yet been built, and when we’re asked to dissolve into the unknown. There have been so many times I have taken the leap based on intuition. So far, it hasn’t been wrong…

Happy Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day!

Today is the day to take a moment to remember the joy, unconditional love, and unforgettable memories we shared with our beloved animals. Whether they were with us for a short while or a lifetime, their presence has forever shaped us.

Though they may be gone from our sight, they will never be gone from our hearts.

For all the animals we have loved and lost, you will never be forgotten. Your love remains a guiding light in our lives.
